JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Company interalia raised Rs. 15 Crores from Canara Bank and Rs. 20 Crores from Syndicate Bank by way of Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) bearing rate of interest of 11% per annum for a tenor of 10 years but with put and call option exercisable after 5 years. In Exercise of call option on February 15, 2016 the Company repaid Rs. 15 Crores to Canara Bank and Rs. 20 Crores to Syndicate Bank with upto date interest.
