JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The window for trading in equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 22, 2016 to May 17, 2016. The trading window shall re-open from May 18, 2016.
