We wish to inform you that approval of shareholders is being sought through postal ballot for authorising the Board of Directors to borrow, the moneys in excess of the aggregate of the Company's paid-up share capital and its free reserves, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5,000 Crore (Rupees Five Thousand Crore only). <BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose a copy of the postal ballot notice and other documents as sent to the shareholders of the Company in this regard.<BR> <BR> The above referred documents are also uploaded on the website of the Company viz., www.jmfl.com.<BR> <BR> We request you to disseminate the above information on your website.<BR>
