JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Company has adopted the following codes effective from May 15, 2015, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 (the Regulation)<BR><BR>1. Code of practice and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information, pursuant to Regulation 8/ applicable of the Regulations. Certified copy of the said code is attached herewith for your record.<BR><BR>2. Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders pursuant to Regulation 9/ applicable provisions of the Regulations.
