A meeting of the Board of Directors of JMC Projects (India) Ltd is scheduled on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017, to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17 and for consideration of other relevant matters. In view of the same, 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from May 1, 2017 till May 18, 2017 (both days inclusive) and it will re-open from May 19, 2017.
