| JMG CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations"), we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 08th February, 2024, inter alia to, consider and approve un-audited financial results for the Third quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 along with other matters if any. Further, this is to inform that in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto, the "Trading Window" for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons from Monday, the 01st January 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the company for the third quarter ended on 31st December 2023. | |
