JMT Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, for the following matters:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine-months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2017 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
