JMT Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 14, 2015, for the following matters:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain close for all designated employees of the Company from August 06, 2015 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
