JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider the recommendation of Dividend.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the captioned Circular and keeping in view the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from April 19, 2014 to May 01, 2014 (both days inclusive).
