A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 11th August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. <BR> <BR> Consequently, in accordance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from Tuesday, 1st August, 2017 to Sunday, 13th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> The above is for your kind information and record.<BR>
