JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 04, 2017 to July 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 13, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, the Dividend if approved by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before August 11, 2017.
