In pursuance to the SEBI (Prohibitation of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and pusuant to the company''s code of Conduct to regulate ,monitor and report trading by designated persons and circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.19 issued by the BSE Limited , the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Sunday, 1st October,2023 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Adited Financial Result for the Quarter ended 30.09.2023 The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Result for the year ending on 30th september,2023 will be communicated in due couese.
