With reference to earlier announcement dated October 03, 2011 regarding the Proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2011, Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has further informed BSE as under :<br/><br/>"The Board of Directors of the Company have recommended 10% dividend on May 30, 2011. However the Share Holders keeping in view the fact that the Company is in takeoff stage and is in the process of expansion, to augment the Financial and human resources, the Share holders in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2011 have proposed the Management to utilize the dividend amount for the same. In view of that the declaration of dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 has been rescinded."
