Just Dial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>- Took note of the letter dated August 06, 2015 received from Reserve Bank of India in respect of No objection for proposed Buy-back of the Company at a maximum price of Rs. 1550/- per Equity Share and approved the draft Postal Ballot Notice for the proposed buy back of the Equity Shares of the Company.
