Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 06, 2014, has considering the Companys focus on export market, the Board recast the role of Mr. Ashok B. Goyal by appointing him as a Managing Director of Jyoti Structures FZE, a wholly owned subsidiary company and accepted his resignation as a Director and Joint Managing Director of the Company.
