K M Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, has deliberated the followings:<BR><BR>- Formation of SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) in the name and style of M/s. K. M. Energy Pvt. Ltd. for setting of 5 MW Solar Power Plant in U.P. awarded by UPNEDA, in which the Company (M/s. K. M. Sugar Mills Limited) has 77% equity participation.
