K.P.R. Mill Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (50%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, thus aggregating the Dividend for the Financial year 2014-15 to Rs. 9/- (90%) taking into account the Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- (40%) declared during February 2015.
