| K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on December 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and Approve the Audited Financial Statement / Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 together with the Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall, pursuant to the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 remain closed for Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), Directors and other designated employees of the Company from November 27, 2015 and shall remain continue until the beginning of 49th hour after the public Announcement of the Financial Results are made.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Companys share during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
