Kadamb Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that, as per the SEBI circular dated May 11, 2015 and requirement under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has submitted to BSE the intimation for adoption of Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>The said resolution for adoption of Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been passed by circulation on May 15, 2015.
