Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015 to consider inter-alia Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further due to Board meeting as mentioned above, as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 28, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results.
