| Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, due to Board meeting as mentioned above, as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 01, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results.<BR><BR>Further, on February 11, 2016, the Company will hold an Investors / Analyst Conference Call on its Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. | |
