Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:-<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (75%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2015, subject to approval of shareholders.<BR><BR>2. Resignation of Mr. Ranjit Singh as a Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Re-designation and elevation of Mr. Manish Mohnot, Joint Managing Director of the Company as a Managing Director of the company w.e.f. June 01, 2015.
