Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and/or SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from the opening of business hours on May 22, 2015 to the closure of business hours of May 30, 2015 and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company.
