| Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2014 to September 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, August 14, 2014 as the "Cut-off Date" (Record Date) for the purpose of reckoning the voting rights of the members. The Annual Report of the Company will be sent to those shareholders whose names appear as Beneficial Owners as at the end of the business hours on the Record Date. | |
