Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2014, inter alia, for consideration and approval to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ financial year ended March 31, 2014 and for recommendation of dividend, if any, for the said financial year.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from the opening of business hours on May 12, 2014 to May 20, 2014 and the same has been communicated to the Directors and Management of the Company.
