Kalyani Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors and designated personnel from July 21, 2014 to July 24, 2014 (both days inclusive).
