Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2014, has appointed Ms. Himali H. Mehta and Ms. Gayatri N. Devadiga as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from December 20, 2014 who shall hold the office as Non - Executive Independent Directors up to the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and eligible for appointment as directors at AGM.<BR><BR>The Board has, at the said meeting, also re-constituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Ms. Himali H. Mehta has been inducted as member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Gayatri N. Devadiga has been inducted as member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
