Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with the Limited Review Report as submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>- Closure of Trading window<BR><BR>The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. February 03, 2017 and the trading window will open on February 12, 2017.
