Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Finalized the appointment of Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.<br/><br/>2. The Company has renamed three committees viz. Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee as per provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
