The Board of Directors did not recommend any dividend on the equity shares in view of losses incurred during the financial year.<BR><BR>2. The 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 02, 2016 at Babasaheb Dahanukar Hall, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Oricon House, 6th Floor, Kaala Ghoda, Mumbai - 400 001.<BR><BR>3.
