Karma Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 17, 2012, inter alia, to consider to issue Convertible Preferential Basis Warrants Equity Shares allotment to the Promoter and Non-Promoter, as well as to consider the Merger of the company for finalizing the Share Exchange Ratio and the Scheme of Amalgamation.
