In compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the said Regulations'), we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Karnimata Cold Storage Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s securities was closed from April 1, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the Half Year and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023.
