Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank will meet on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Code 3.2 (c) of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Banks shares shall remain closed from October 31, 2014 till November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The Trading window shall open for trading on November 08, 2014.
