Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to Code 3.2 (c) of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from January 21, 2015 till January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The Trading window shall open for trading on January 31, 2015.
