| Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following businesses :<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mr. Prashant Mehra as Chief Executive Officer and as Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>2. Appointment Mr. Tarkeshwar Singh, as Company Secretary and as Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Tarak Nath Mishra as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to provision of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from August 29, 2014.<br/><br/>4. Approved Directors Report for the year ended March 31, 2014. | |
