KBS India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) for specified/designated persons as defined in the Code.
