KCL Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter and for year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the appointment / reappointment of Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2016-17.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all Designated persons from May 20, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours from May 30, 2016 after the result are made available to public.
