KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will be closed from January 21, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Further note that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, an Investor call for Q3 results is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017 at 5.00 pm.
