Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from April 20, 2015 to May 07, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>This closure of Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Third quarter ended March 31, 2015.
