Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that the ensuing Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended December 31, 2014, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 14, 2015 until January 31, 2015 ( both the days inclusive). Dealing (buy or sale) in the equity shares of the Company by the concerned persons/ Directors / Designated employees of the Company during the window closure period is prohibited.
