Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Mr. K. Ramanjaneyulu, Company Secretary has resigned from the company with effect from the June 15, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Company has appointed Mr. N. Subhash as whole-time Company Secretary. He is designated as compliance officer in place of Mr. K. RamanjaneyuIu (Resigned Company Secretary)<br/><br/>3. The Company also appointed Mr. K. Suman Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as a Key Managerial Person.<br/><br/>The Company has filed necessary forms on September 04, 2014, to the Registrar of Companies for effecting of above said items.
