Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the stock exchange that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Thursday, 1st February, 2024 has approved the Resignation of Ms. Vaishali Punjabi from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. closing hours of 31st January, 2024.
