Kilburn Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has discussed and decided on the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointed Ms. Priya Saran Chaudhri as an additional director. Mrs. Chaudhri is a Non executive, Independent director.<br/><br/>2. Adopted revised Articles of Association in line with the provisions of The Companies Act, 2013, as per the authorization to Board accorded by members vide special resolution passed by postal ballot on October 14, 2014.
