This is to intimate you that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has commenced against Kilburn Office Automation Limited (Corporate Debtor) under Section 10 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC, 2016) read with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 by an order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal under C.P (IB) No.113/KB/2022 with effect from November 2, 2022 and appointed Mr. Kamal Nayan Jain as Interim Resolution Professional.
