| Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has engaged e-voting services with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) and the said facility has been provided to the members whose names appearing in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date (the record date) i.e. August 22, 2014 to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on the business specified in the Notice of the AGM. The e-voting facility will be available during the following period:<br/><br/>- Commencement of e-voting period: From September 18, 2014 (9.00 a.m.)<br/>- Completion of e-voting: upto September 20, 2014 (6.00 p.m.) | |
