Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed all the designated employees, Directors and connected persons, that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from (January 21, 2017 to January 30, 2017) (both days inclusive).
