Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2015 :<BR><BR>1. Mr. Chittranjan M. Mate - Vice President Finance has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from July 27, 2015. This appointment has been approved by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors in their respective meetings held on July 27, 2015<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors have given its in-principle approval to amalgamate Kirloskar Systech Limited, Companys wholly owned subsidiary, with the Company.
