Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading, The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from November 05, 2014 and none of the Directors and Designated Persons and / or their dependants shall deal in Securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 24 hours after the results are made public.
