| Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, the audited financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for the period from May 20, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (i.e., till the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of the outcome of the meeting). | |
