Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 18, 2016 to May 03, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
